《琴房裡那些令人崩潰的小事》單簧管獨奏曲

全曲由三個樂章組成，分別為〈琴房外的視線〉、〈我的未來在哪裡〉與〈水蟻〉，為給降B調單簧管的獨奏曲，以戲謔的方式，描述作者在琴房的經歷。

〈琴房外的視線〉描寫過去在琴房練習時，總是會有他人從琴房外窺視的恐懼。練琴者不知道窺視的視線只是為了尋找某人，還是為了在考試前探聽敵情。〈我的未來在哪裡〉描寫音樂人練習時對未來感到迷茫、對演奏感到無助的情緒。〈水蟻〉則是描述水蟻與作曲者之互動。作曲者所就讀的大學春季總是有大雨，而雨後琴房裡總是充滿水蟻。在此樂章中，「Stomp!」（跺腳）為練琴者試圖解決地上的水蟻的描寫。

Those Annoying Things in the Practice Room

This work is for solo B-flat clarinet, consisting of three different pieces, “Peeps Outside the Practice Room,” “Where Is My Future?,” and 

“Termites”. The work tries to use a mischievous way to describe the composer’s experience in the practice room. 

Peeps Outside the Practice Room

Someone always peeps outside when the composer practices clarinet in the practice room. They may be someone trying to understand their enemy before clarinet examining or only wanting to chat with the composer.

Where Is My Future? 

As music players, we always feel lost and helpless when we practice, and the composer wants to describe this emotion in this piece.

Termites

In the university where the composer studied, many termites always occur after a big rain in spring, and this piece exhibits the interaction between termites and the composer. In this movement, “Stomp!” represents the composer’s attempts to kill the termites on the ground.

「練習室での煩わしい些細な出来事」

この曲は B♭クラリネットのための独奏曲として、「練習室の外からの視線」、「私の未来はどこにある？」、「シロアリ」 の三つの小品で構成されています。作曲者が練習室での出来事をユーモラスな視点で描写しています。

「練習室の外からの視線」 は、練習室で練習する時、常に誰かに外から覗かれ、恐怖に襲われるエピソードを描いています。
その視線はただ誰かを探しているのか、それとも試験前にライバルの様子を探ろうとしているのか、分からず不安でしかたがありません。
「私の未来はどこにある？」 は、練習中に、未来への不安と演奏に対する無力感に苛まれる気持ちを描いています。

「シロアリ」 は、シロアリと作曲者とのやり取りを描写しています。作曲者の通 っていた大学では春になると大雨が降り、そのあとの練習室には必ずシロアリが大量に現れるのです。この小品では、「 Stomp! 」（足踏み）が、練習者が地面のシロアリを退治しようとする様子を描写しています。
